My camera finally arrived at Walmart almost two weeks after my birthday. Gettting the camera in- It's about time! By now it doesn't even feel like it's really in because I'm probably not even going to get to pick it up today. Oh, well... at least I get one!
By the way, you may have noticed how bad our blog has looked lately. Yeah, I know you're all nice but getting this blog perfect again after TCBOTB changed everything and then Blogger changed how you change layout and all that is like keeping the hardwood floor in our kitchen clean. A long job where the turnout never lasts for more than 3 hours unless it's just my dad at home for 2 weeks while the rest of the family is in Alberta (trust me, our house didn't feel like kids lived in it. ), which definately isn't happening right now after Dad had to get his wisdom teeth out and now has a dry socket. yes, ow.
However, I know I'm probably jinxing myself to say this, but I want to take pictures of everyone in my family and then a family picture (sometime when we look decent) and put them up on here. Just for the record, I have glasses and my hair is longer than my chin; Paul doesn't look like a blonde Harry Potter/mouse, James has glasses, Allie isn't 8 months old, and Pierce and Garrett... well, they're still young at heart I think (about 4 years old at heart, to be a little more specific). We HAVE taken a family picture, but um, (cough, cough) ordering them is a process of overcoming procrastination or maybe it's just finding a good alloted amount of time in my mom's life and actually remembering and having it as a priority when there are so many other things to do.
Basically, I guess this post is just to tell you we're all alive (although not all of us are well-Dad is in a lot of pain right now.) Once I get my camera though I hope to be able to post more despite my busy junior high life (HA HA-like that's gonna happen). I'll take more pictures and tell the stories easier. After all, a picture is worth a thousand words, right?

Anna, Thanks for keeping us up to date on your family. I can't wait to start seeing your photos. I'm sorry to hear that your dad has dry socket. That's miserable. I hope you all start feeling better too.

p.s. how is your basement coming?
