Here she is with her dad, who baptized her
Here she is with the confirmer, Grandpa Prete

Here is Sarah celebrating her birthday on New Year's Day. As you can see, it was getting late by the time we actually had cake.
Below is a bunch of pictures from Happy Land. We had a special Happy Land party on New Year's Eve.
Paul and James invented a cool obstacle course for the party. Here is the third part, which is jump 5 times on the trampolines.
Sarah after completing the obstacle course.
Garrett, Pierce, and Sarah
Hannah running down the stairs after climbing up them. This was the second part of the obstacle course.
" Throw the ball at Paul". This was the first part of the obstacle course, invented by Paul.
Fortunately for him, he did get to have pool noodles to defend him.

The twins and Emma in the huddle. WE huddled together to explain what we would do for our party.
Celebrating New Year's!( It was only 8:30, but we figured it was New Year's-somewhere). That's why we called it HappyLand New Year instead of Happy New YEar!

Playing games during regular happy land hours

While we were in Vegas, we went to the Las Vegas Mini Gran Prix. We went two days. On the first day, my Dad and the Big Three went. On the second day, Joe and his oldest two daughters; My Dad and the Big Five; and Aunt Sarah all came. Most people thougth that the most fun attraction was the "Tornado". I preferred the Go Karts.
Pierce, before driving a Kiddie Kar. James also went with him. Garrett was going to ride it, but got scared he would crash right before they began to drive. Pierce was a very interesting driver. Apparently, he stilled passed the test and received an official Las Vegas Mini Gran Prix Driver's License. James passed the test easily. Pierce, on the other hand, preffered driving into the turns (or nearly driving into them if he didn't crash) and going about 1 mile an hour. He was really cute, though, and said he loved driving the car. While they were going around the track, James drove up alongside Pierce and told him to push the green button harder. Pierce said, "I'm already pushing it, James."Apparently, he had no urge to go faster.

That looks like you guys had a fun trip! It's a good thing none of you get your drivers' licenses for many more years :)
