This past Sunday (May 31) my friend Lauren and I performed in Sacrament Meeting. I played the piano and Lauren sang. We chose Hymn #26 "Joseph Smith's First Prayer". It went pretty well, in my opinion. We were CONSTANTLY getting congratulated. Many people said it "touched their hearts" and that we "stayed together so well". Anyways, it was a nice experience. I'm glad that everyone liked it. Just a minute ago our ward music person called to talk to my mom (my mom's conducting while she's on vacation) but also said that four or five people had called her to tell her we did a good job. She said she would want us to perform again sometime. Sounds good to Lauren and I!
Well, enough about me. I guess I'll end this post. Hopefully I can post some pictures of me after the performance.
