Little Miss Slobbers

By Anna Bryner
Little Miss Slobbers
Little Miss Slobbers sat on the couch eating her fingers and toes,
Then she saw a thing called a fist and realized she had two of them and asked "What are those?"
She decided to taste it - yum, yum, yummy
I should try to eat my tummy!
She tried and she tried but she just couldn't do it
So she just decided to boo it.
Wa Wa I'm tired of my knuckles and fingers and hands,
Maybe I should try rubber bands!
No those look yucky, I don't want to try em'
They look so disgusting I think I would spit up em'
(I know that the above does not rhyme)
She felt that she might want to try eating rice cereal
But it was so hard to keep down in that throat of that four-month-older.
Now you know the made-up story of Little Miss Slobbers the baby that loves her knuckles and fingers.

Alexandra is very cute and loves and loves and loves and loves and loves and loves and loves and loves and loves and loves to eat her fingers. Did I mention that she loves to eat her fingers? She is so cute though and I think it was last Wed. she laughed and a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was sooooooooo cute. She is doing great and tomorrow Garrett starts Preschool at Creekview Elementary. He and Pierce are always saying "I like to go to Anna' school" so we'll see if Garrett still says that. (I am sure he will like it, I am just kidding). Well, don't have a ton of time to blog now but I am currently writing a long story and I will post it on the blog when it is finished. I doubt thought that many people will understand it because all of the names are made up and almost all of them start with T. Also, please, if you are a parent or Prete Cousin or etc., send in some submissions for the Prete Kids Cougar Club. Go to www.pkccprete.blogspot.com for more forms (you may have to scroll down) . Please send in news and stories or whatever because we really want a great newsletter! Thanks so much, Anna Bryner

This is a great poem. I really admire your creativity, Anna! If only I could be as creative - maybe sharing a birthday with you will rub off... :)
